Chicken Kabobs with Ginger Peanut Sauce



1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch strips

2 tbsp oil

Juice of two limes

1 bottle The Ginger People® Ginger Peanut Sauce


Toss chicken strips in lime juice and oil. Let marinate at least one hour. Skewer the strips and grill until done. Heat up ginger peanut sauce. Serve alongside chicken kabobs.
