Ginger Chestnut Dip


3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4 cup whole water chestnuts

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup The Ginger People® Crystallized Ginger Chips

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp soy sauce


Place green onions in a food processor. With hand on cover, pulse quickly three times at high speed. Remove onions to small mixing bowl. Repeat with water chestnuts, garlic and ginger. Add these ingredients to the oinions and blend at low spped using an electric mixer. Combine remaining ingredients at low speed. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
