Ginger Jalapeno and Mozzarella Mini Pizza



¼ cup The Ginger People® Hot Ginger Jalapeno Sauce

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup very thinly sliced white onion

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

60 sweet pea currant tomatoes (you can substitute regular sliced tomatoes)

Salt and pepper to taste

Basil leaves

2 Tbsp butter



Preheat oven to 350°. Line each filo shell on a baking sheet. For each shell add 1/4 tsp Hot Ginger Jalapeno Sauce, 1/4 tsp grated parmesan cheese, sprinkle of onions, 1 tsp shredded mozzarella cheese cut in half, two sweet pea currant tomatoes cut in half and lay them on top of filled shell. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add one basil leaf on each shell and serve.
