Salmon with Ginger Wasabi Cream

4 salmon filets

Salt and pepper to taste

3 oz sour cream

6 oz The Ginger People Ginger Wasabi Sauce

1 oz The Ginger People Ginger Juice

2 tbsp. mustard cress, finely chopped (save a few leaves for garnish)

  Instructions: Combine sour cream with The Ginger People's Wasabi Sauce and Ginger Juice. Add mustard cress. Blend in food processor until smooth. Set aside. Season and grill salmon. Serve with cream and mustard cress garnish.
