The Trends and Innovations Competition highlights product innovations based on three key aspects including pleasure (new taste, new textures, vegetal ingredients and premium products), health, and new packaging (easy to cook, to handle). The competition received entries from companies located in 11 countries and regions: USA, Hong Kong, China, Czech Republic, China, Spain, Australia, France, Turkey, Canada, Malaysia and Italy.
