While not a probiotic bar, The Ginger People’s new organic Arjuna Ginger bar is made with only four ingredients — organic Javanese ginger, traditionally used as a digestive remedy, coconut sugar, also grown in East Java and believed to be low glycemic, organic tapioca starch and pectin. These first-ever ginger bars are wrapped in compostable foil and a box, and through an “Arjuna Share” initiative, link to a direct profit-sharing program with organic ginger farmers.
