Ginger-Dark Chocolate Party Crackers


6oz (170g) dark chocolate (72% or greater), broken up into pieces

1/2 cup The Ginger People® Crystallized Ginger Chips

Box of organic crackers

2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

1 tsp Malton salt flakes or other coarse salt


Slowly melt chocolate in double boiler. Keep warm. In the meantime, toast sesame seeds in dry pan until golden. Cool. Using a spatula, generously spread chocolate on one cracker at a time. Sprinkle with crystallized ginger, sesame seeds and salt flakes. Repeat. Cool crackers to set chocolate in refrigerator. Remove and keep for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
