Ginger & Julia Remoulade

Ingredients:

4 cornichons

2 tbsp capers

1 small shallot

1/2 of one celery root

1/2 of one apple

1 tsp fresh oregano*

1 tsp fresh parsley*

1 cup mayonnaise

4 tbsp The Ginger People® Organic Minced Ginger

salt and pepper to taste

*Substitue with any herb of your choice


Instructions:

Finely dice the first seven ingredients and add to a mixing bowl.  Add mayonnaise and ginger to bowl, and combine all ingredients with wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed.  Cover and refrigerate.

Serving Suggestions: Tasty spread for sandwiches, toppings for meat or fish, or serve as a fresh veggie dip.  Fantastic on crab cakes.
