Ginger Orange Cream


2 packages (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened

1/4 tablespoons confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon finely minced The Ginger People®Crystallized Ginger Chips

1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest

1 to 2 tablespoons orange juice


In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined and spread is creamy and light.

Serving suggestions: A wonderful spread for everything from scones and biscuits to waffles and pancakes. Makes about a cup.
