Simple Ginger Coleslaw

Substitute packaged coleslaw mix from the product section of the supermarket when you don't have time to prep veggies yourself.

4 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced on the diagonal

1/2 cup shredded carrot

3 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

5-6 tablespoons The Ginger People® Ginger Sesame Sauce

1/3 cup salted roasted peanuts

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine cabbages, peas, carrots, green onion and cilantro. Add vinaigrette and toss to mix well. Top with peanuts.
