Ginger Clementine Glazed Ham


6lb cured boneless ham

6 x 12oz The Ginger People® Ginger Beer

Zest from 3 clementines

6 Tbsp The Ginger People Organic Ginger Spread

1Tbsp The Ginger People Minced Ginger

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard


Place ham in large pan on stovetop. Pour over ginger beer to cover and add clementine zest. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 3.5 hours. Meanwhile, whisk together ginger spread, minced ginger and mustard. Preheat oven to 450 F. Transfer ham to foil lined baking pan. Slather on the glaze and place in oven for 20-30 minutes until glaze is caramelized. Remove, let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
