Ginger Party® Nuts


1 pound (454g) unsalted mixed nuts

3/4 cup The Ginger People® Crystallized Ginger Chips

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1/3 cup The Ginger People® Organic Ginger Syrup

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Combine nuts, crystallized ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Over medium-low heat, warm ginger syrup. Pour syrup over nut mixture and toss well. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake until nuts are golden, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely before breaking into bite size pieces.
