Chewy Ginger Snaps are delicious!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup each finely chopped red onion and red pepper
1 pound lump crab meat
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 bottle Ginger People Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce

Crab Cakes with Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce

Instructions: In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add onion. Stirring occasionally, cook until tender, about three minutes. Add red pepper, cook another minute. Transfer to bowl. Add remaining ingredients (except Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce). Using hands, gently mix being careful not to break up the crab meat any more than necessary. Form six patties. Chill for one hour. In a skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium high heat. Add crab cakes and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to heated platter. Serve crab cakes with Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce. Serves 6 as a first course.
