Ginger Wasabi Cream (for Seafood) Instructions: Combine sour cream with The Ginger People's Wasabi Slathering Sauce and Ginger Juice. Add mustard cress. Blend in food processor until smooth. Serve cold or heat up until just warm and serve over your favorite seafood: swordfish, tuna, salmon, shrimp, freshly shucked oysters or crab cakes.
