Chewy Ginger Snaps are delicious!

Ingredients:

3oz sour cream
6oz Ginger People Ginger Wasabi Slathering Sauce
1oz Ginger Juice
2 tbsp watercress, arugula or baby spinach leaves, chopped finely
Grilled or steamed seafood

Ginger Wasabi Cream (for Seafood)

Instructions: Combine sour cream with The Ginger People's Wasabi Slathering Sauce and Ginger Juice. Add mustard cress. Blend in food processor until smooth. Serve cold or heat up until just warm and serve over your favorite seafood: swordfish, tuna, salmon, shrimp, freshly shucked oysters or crab cakes.
