Chewy Ginger Snaps are delicious!

Ingredients

Crystallized ginger - medallions/jumbo slices or chunks
Juice of one Clementine (or small sweet tangerine or mandarin)
1-2 ounces Grand Mariner (should be equal parts to Clementine juice)

"Gingered" Grand Mariner Cocktail

Instructions:
Cut three pieces of crystallized ginger into quarters (to expose the ginger). Put the ginger in the bottom of a brandy snifter. Cover with ice. Pour in Grand Mariner. Add Clementine juice. Top with a stirrer speared with one ginger cube and one Clementine slice. Enjoy.

Mixologist Note: I do not use the smaller ginger pieces because they have more sugar.
I find that the larger pieces cut in squares expose more ginger spice.
