Chewy Ginger Snaps are delicious!

Ingredients:

Grill 2 pounds prawns, peeled and deveined
1 bottle Ginger People Ginger Hickory Grill Sauce
1 head garlic
Olive oil
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
¼ pound butter, cubed
½ cup buttermilk
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped finely


Prawns with Ginger Grill Sauce & Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut whole head of garlic in half. Oil the cut ends of the garlic and place cut side down in a pan. Cook in oven approximately 30 minutes until soft. After the garlic cools, push the garlic meat out from the skin. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes. When the potatoes just become soft, drain the water thoroughly. Whip potatoes. Add butter, garlic, salt and pepper. When the mix is creamed well, add the buttermilk. This will make the potatoes creamy. Season to taste. Keep warm. Place prawns on a hot grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Place the potatoes on 4 plates. Arrange the cooked prawns on the potatoes. Drizzle warmed Ginger Grill Sauce over the prawns. Garnish with green onions.
