Simple Gingery Coleslaw

½ head of Napa Cabbage, shredded

¼ cup red onion, chopped fine

¼ cup sunflower seeds

5 tablespoons The Ginger People Ginger Sesame Sauce

Instructions: Combine cabbage and red onion in a bowl. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry skillet until they are fragrant and begin to brown. Toss the Vinaigrette with the cabbage and onion. Add the sunflower seeds and toss again.

Note: Add marinated, cooked tofu and serve with whole grain basmati rice drizzled with a little of the vinaigrette to make a simple meal.
