Spring Thyme Lemon Ginger Vinaigrette

1 cup olive oil

1 cup rice vinegar

juice from 2 lemons

5 tbsp The Ginger People® Organic Grated Ginger

2 tbsp fresh chopped thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

Directions: Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.  Refrigerate.
