This classic peanut sauce is a rich, nutty and yummy dip served with chicken or beef kabobs. Or simply add it to coconut milk and slivers of red bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn, then pour over noodles. Chill, sprinkle fresh cilantro on top and you’ve got yourself a quick and easy Thai noodle salad.

AnnieThis ginger peanut sauce is the shit. It is delightful as a perfectly-spice salad dressing. In addition, I use it as a spunky dipping sauce for roasted vegetables (ketchup sucks). I am looking forward to throwing it on some noodles. Thanks, ginger people !
