This is great on top of tofu or chicken. you can even customize it a little more if you need to - want more ginger flavor? Add fresh ginger! Want more peanut? Add peanut butter! Want more spice? Add chili flakes! This is a great base to work off of.Annie
This ginger peanut sauce is the shit. It is delightful as a perfectly-spice salad dressing. In addition, I use it as a spunky dipping sauce for roasted vegetables (ketchup sucks). I am looking forward to throwing it on some noodles. Thanks, ginger people !
