MEET FLAPJACK KNOBS
This is one sweet guy. But beneath that darling demeanor, there’s a wild side. When Flapjack Knobs isn’t partying atop pancakes, he’s making cocktail concoctions and kicking up his heels (uh roots) with his favorite syrup from Fiji. |

I am a 79-year-old grandmother recovering from a nasty sinus infection worsened by air pressure changes during a recent flight from San Francisco to Philadelphia. The endless pots of Lapsang Souchong with a hefty pour of Fiji Ginger Syrup and a splash of lime juice have helped to ease my recovery ❤️?.
This is the only syrup I have used since finding it years ago. At one point, my source, Cost Plus/World Market stopped carrying it and I had to do some detective work to find a place to buy it. I was persistent and actually was able to get another local store to carry it when I pointed out that they carried another of your products. I have stuck with it through two or three label and bottle changes……flat bottle, hang tag, no hang tag. I just love it and hope I can always track it down.
In the reviews I’ve read, I haven’t seen anyone talking about how good this ginger syrup is on vanilla ice cream. When the ice cream melts, it is even better than a ginger vanilla smoothie.
I have purchased and used many bottles of this syrup. I used to be able to buy it at Cost Plus World Market. My favorite use is to lightly season iced green tea. It is also great on French toast and as the “sweetener” for salad dressings.
