Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip

Transform your leftover ginger snap cookies into something spectacular with this effortless dip. Drawing inspiration from our Ultimate Chewy Ginger Snaps, this recipe creates a creamy, cheesecake-like treat without the complexity of baking. Perfect for easy holiday grazing, simply nestle the dip bowl in a larger bowl filled with ice to keep it cool throughout your Christmas Day festivities.

  1. Beat the cream cheese with mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Fold in the yogurt.
  3. Pour in the sugars and molasses and beat on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Next add the ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix until combined. Add the whipped cream and beat for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Fold in Crystallized Ginger Chips.
  6. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.
  7. Garnish with Crystallized Ginger Chips and crumbled ginger snap cookies. Serve with ginger snap cookies and indulge!
