This easy-breezy smoothie was inspired by the “Zinc Cooler” we enjoyed at The Zinc Café in Laguna Beach, California many years ago. Still delicious as ever. Here’s our twist.

Directions
In a blender, combine pineapple, Crystallized Ginger, yogurt, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and ice (if using). Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
