Favorite moment with a fellow chef: Dinner with Julia Child, 1992. Actually, she was at the next table. We told the waiter, "We'll have what she's having."

This sounds delicious, but I’ve read that turmeric needs black pepper or coconut oil to make it bio-available…?
I have a bottle of tumeric juice (from gingerpeople) and a bottle of ginger juice (from gingerpeople). I’ve been pouring a small juice glass with my homemade kombucha and adding a tbsp of turmeric juice and a tbsp of gnger juice, then sprinkling with black pepper. This is my current morning “elixir”.
What do you think?
